Go to "My Pages" – register participants in the dashboard – click on the course name and the "Group Details" button – click on the "Participants" tab – click "Remove" next to the participant's name or email address – wait for us to approve the removal; this takes about 20–60 minutes

Yes, participants’ login credentials are private and may not be used by anyone other than the registered participant. Any copying, distribution, or forwarding to anyone other than the named participants is prohibited.
You will receive your login credentials directly from Kravkompetens. Check your email, where you will find a link to set your own password.

Right of Withdrawal / Complaints
In part, the right of withdrawal (under the Distance Selling Act) is limited to 14 days because the purchase involves the provision of digital content, and the provision begins immediately after the purchase. The 14-day period does not apply if you have started the course.
Complaints and claims regarding a Service must be submitted in writing to APV Utbildarna’s customer service using the contact information provided in the terms and conditions.
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to file a complaint regarding a Service within three (3) years of the date of purchase. The defect must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after it is discovered.
Payment and Terms
The payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
If an incorrect address is provided and you therefore wish to have the invoice credited, an administrative fee of 49 SEK will be charged.

Yes, as a private individual, you should enter your personal identification number instead of a corporate ID number when placing an order (WITHOUT A DASH BETWEEN THE LAST 4 DIGITS)

Yes, we will register your qualifications in the ID06 skills database at no extra cost (value: 200 SEK per participant).

Plastic cards for certificates of competence (in addition to digital certificates and ID06) are available for an additional fee of 195 SEK per card, excluding VAT.
