Go to "My Pages" – register participants in the dashboard – click on the course name and the "Group Details" button – click on the "Participants" tab – click "Remove" next to the participant's name or email address – wait for us to approve the removal; this takes about 20–60 minutes
The most common reason is that the login link was sent to an incorrect email address or ended up in the spam folder.
To log in, follow these steps: Go to https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/my-account/ and choose to log in using either:
One-time code (you’ll receive a code via email so you can log in)
Bank ID – If you provided your personal ID number when placing your order, you can log in with Bank ID.
You can log in with your email and password. If you need a new password, click “Reset Password.”
Yes. Click "Remove" on the "Participants" tab under "My Pages."
Please contact us with the correct information so we can update the participant's Social Security number.
User information is emailed to participants. A user account is created automatically if no existing account is registered with the provided email address.
Participants can also log in using Bank iD here: https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/my-account/ or a one-time code.
If you are purchasing as a single participant, you will be granted access immediately upon payment, and you can go to "My Accounts" at https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/my-account/
. If you are ordering for more than one participant, it may take up to 2 hours for the login information to be sent.
Yes, participants’ login credentials are private and may not be used by anyone other than the registered participant. Any copying, distribution, or forwarding to anyone other than the named participants is prohibited.
You will receive your login credentials directly from Kravkompetens. Check your email, where you will find a link to set your own password.

You can find the course under "My Pages" – "My Courses." Log in here: https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/my-account/
You can assign licenses under "My Pages" – "Register Participants" – here you'll see the course name and a button labeled "Group Assignments" – click the button – go to the "Participants" tab – click "Remove Participant" next to the correct person, and then wait for our approval. This takes about 20–60 minutes.

Right of Withdrawal / Complaints
In part, the right of withdrawal (under the Distance Selling Act) is limited to 14 days because the purchase involves the provision of digital content, and the provision begins immediately after the purchase. The 14-day period does not apply if you have started the course.
Complaints and claims regarding a Service must be submitted in writing to APV Utbildarna’s customer service using the contact information provided in the terms and conditions.
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to file a complaint regarding a Service within three (3) years of the date of purchase. The defect must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after it is discovered.
Payment and Terms
The payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
If an incorrect address is provided and you therefore wish to have the invoice credited, an administrative fee of 49 SEK will be charged.
The invoice has been sent to the billing address, email address, or mailing address you provided. If you have any questions about invoices, please contact julia@apvutbildarna.se.
Yes, as a private individual, you should enter your personal identification number instead of a corporate ID number when placing an order (WITHOUT A DASH BETWEEN THE LAST 4 DIGITS)

To register for the course on ID06, you can fill out the form via the link: https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/id06/
Yes, we will register your qualifications in the ID06 skills database at no extra cost (value: 200 SEK per participant).
After you have completed the course, you MUST GO TO https://kravkompetens-techops.wisdmlabs.net/plastkort-hemleverans/Plastkortet and fill out the form to have the card mailed to your home (EVEN IF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE CARD WHEN YOU ORDERED IT)
It takes about two weeks after ordering for the card to be shipped and delivered.
Plastic cards for certificates of competence (in addition to digital certificates and ID06) are available for an additional fee of 195 SEK per card, excluding VAT.
