Target Audience The course is intended for individuals without electrical expertise who will be working in environments where electrical hazards exist. This may include, for example, demolition workers, signal technicians, construction workers, site supervisors, and excavator operators who are working near electrical installations, as well as others who need to work in equipment rooms at distribution facilities or in industrial settings. The Electrical Safety Training course is also intended for those who will be performing any type of non-electrical work in an electrical facility and need to understand how electrical safety procedures are organized and become aware of the electrical hazards that may be present. Examples of non-electrical work include construction work, painting, lawn mowing, cleaning, groundwork, etc.
