The processing is necessary to complete the sale of courses. The APV trainers have no time limit for the storage of your personal data. As a registered student, you have the right to request the deletion of your data.
We care about your privacy and strive to protect your personal data in the best possible way. This policy details the type of information we collect and how it is used.

We process personal data, such as names and personal identification numbers, for purposes such as logging in to our course portal, issuing certificates and invoicing.
When purchasing training
The following personal data is stored in connection with an order: Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth and IP address, as well as any personal number for registration of skills on ID06. The processing is necessary to be able to complete the sale and provision of courses. We process your data to be able to fulfill our commitment to carry out the training and issue certificates and for contact with other people linked to the training assignment.
We process your personal data in order to fulfil contractual obligations, to manage and administer invoicing, reminders and payments, to manage and administer our accounting and to manage and administer customer receivables.
We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest to communicate with you by email and telephone and to provide efficient and accurate documentation, administration and processing of the training assignment.
Other use of the website
Some functionality on the website allows users to enter personal data (newsletters, contact forms, course renewal reminders, etc.), in these cases the data you entered is stored.

If you participate in a course, your data will be kept until you choose to unsubscribe. You can always request that your data be deleted by contacting us. Then unsubscribe
For example, certain accounting data must be kept for at least seven years due to legislation. We also process certain data about your purchase in accordance with applicable purchase or consumer purchase legislation.

Login procedure
Login details will be sent immediately after the purchase is completed. In the case of orders for more than one participant, it may take up to 4 hours for the login details to be sent. Participant login details are private and may not be used by anyone other than the participant themselves.

These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms") apply when you as a customer ("Customer") place an order through the website kravkompetens.com. By making a purchase through the Website, the Customer thereby agrees to the Terms.

We reserve the right to change prices and statutory charges. VAT is currently charged at 25% on all prices.

Terms of delivery
General terms of delivery
When you purchase a training course from kravkompetens.com, you get direct access to the course on your account (an account is automatically created if no existing account is registered with the specified email address).
Right of withdrawal or cancellation of training
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase according to the Distance Selling Act in Sweden. However, if you have started the course, the service is considered used and it is not possible to cancel the course.
Payment methods
Payment by debit or credit card
Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use stripe card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The money will be reserved on your account at the time of order. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are therefore encrypted. No card numbers are stored.
Payment by invoice

For orders over SEK 50,000, advance payment may be required upon verification.
The information given on the checkout page regarding the customer's invoice or address details is the information to which the invoice is sent. If the customer has entered incorrect information and wants to have the invoice credited and resent due to the customer's error, a fee of SEK 49 is charged
In cases where the invoice is not paid despite reminders and collection demands, APV UTBILDARNA I SVERIGE ABsig reserves the right to delete the participant's account, certificate and any id06 registration.

I agree that the accredited training company, [APV UTBILDARNA I SVERIGE AB 5592433006.], provides information to ID06 AB about
- which training courses I have completed
- what qualifications I have
- if a certificate is limited in time
- the training company where I completed the training and when it was completed
The data is processed by ID06 AB in the ID06 Competence Database to simplify the control of training certificates and authorizations, for the overall purpose of increasing safety in the workplace. This is done, among other things, by linking information about training to registration of entry and exit at your workplace.
By signing this document, I consent to my data being processed in the manner described above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do so and request that we delete the data in the ID06 Competence Database, we will do so. Otherwise, we will keep previously registered data, even after you withdraw your consent for future registrations.

Obligations for buyers
I, as the person who ordered the training in question, hereby declare on my honour that I possess the practical knowledge required to carry out the tasks covered by the training. I further certify that this practical experience has been acquired in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the employer, and that I meet the necessary prerequisites for the theoretical part of the training.
I understand and accept that the training I am purchasing is intended as a theoretical basis for the tasks covered by the course content. It is my responsibility and that of my employer to ensure that the theoretical training is complemented by the practical training and supervision necessary to achieve full competence in the tasks covered by the training.
Therefore, I also certify that my employer has provided me with, or will provide me with, the necessary tools and resources to practically apply the knowledge acquired during the training. Furthermore, I understand that the course provider does not take responsibility for ensuring practical proficiency or application, but that this is the responsibility of me and my employer.
By signing this certificate, I confirm that I am aware of and accept the purpose and content of the training, as well as the division of responsibilities between me as the client, my employer and the course provider. I also understand that false statements in this certificate may lead to legal consequences and liability.
