The training starts with a basic review of the work environment legislation, guidelines and standards that apply in Sweden. You will gain an understanding of how the Work Environment Act affects your workplace and what is expected of employers and employees to meet these requirements.

We also go through the different types of work environment - physical, psychosocial and organizational - to give you an overall picture of what a good work environment means.

#### 2. **Physical Work Environment: Ergonomics and Safety**

A good physical working environment is essential to avoid injuries and long-term health problems. During this part of the training you will learn:

- Workplace ergonomics**: How should workplaces and workstations be designed to reduce the risk of injury and wear and tear? We look at tips and tools to improve ergonomics both in the office and in other work environments.
- **Risk assessment and safety measures**: How to identify potential risks in the workplace? How to carry out an effective risk assessment, and what measures can be put in place to minimize these risks?
- **Work environment adaptation**: How can the work environment be adapted for employees with different physical needs? We will look at practical solutions to create inclusive work environments.

#### 3. **Psychosocial Work Environment: Managing Stress and Burnout**

Psychosocial factors are increasingly important in today's workplace. Stress, high demands and lack of support can lead to mental health problems and burnout, affecting not only the well-being of the individual, but also the productivity and performance of the company.

In this module we go through:

- Stress management in the workplace**: How can you identify and prevent stress in yourself and your employees? We look at both individual and organizational measures to reduce stress levels and create a sustainable work environment.
- **Promoting mental health**: What steps can be taken to support employees' mental health? We discuss concrete ways to work towards a safe and supportive workplace.
- **Workload and recovery**: How to ensure that workloads are reasonable, and what practices can promote recovery and reduce the risk of burnout?

#### 4. **Organizational Work Environment: Leadership and Culture**

A good organizational work environment is essential for the workplace to function effectively. In this part of the training we focus on:

- The role of leadership in work environment management**: How can leaders create a positive work environment through their leadership? What leadership styles promote well-being, collaboration and engagement?
- **Workplace culture and communication**: How does the culture of the organization affect the work environment, and how can you work to change negative behaviors and attitudes? We will look at strategies to create an open and inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome.
- **Change management and work environment**: As organizations change, so does the work environment. We discuss how you can manage change in a way that supports a good work environment and minimizes negative consequences for employees.

The training ends with a toolbox filled with practical methods and tools that you can directly use in your work environment management. Some examples of what we will go through are:
