Target group
According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on risks in certain types of work (AFS 2023:13), it is mandatory for both supervisors and workers who handle asbestos or asbestos-containing materials to undergo relevant training. The employer is responsible for ensuring that staff have completed this training and that their knowledge is updated as necessary.
"General asbestos training", is designed for those who need to understand the processes surrounding asbestos removal. It is aimed at those who will lead or carry out work with asbestos or asbestos-containing materials and who require general training according to AFS 2023:13.
This is how asbestos training works:
- Flexible online course: participants can complete the course at their own pace, at any time of the day.
- Content-rich training: The course consists of speech, text and video to provide a comprehensive understanding.
- Knowledge test: At the end of the training, there is a test that can be taken several times until it is passed.
- Available study material: The material is available during the course and for another 365 days via your personal pages.
- Certificate: Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate that can be downloaded, printed or ordered as a plastic card.
