The theory part of the forklift training can easily be done from home and corresponds to the curriculum in Sweden.
According to AFS 2006:5 18§, both theoretical and practical knowledge is required, which means that the theoretical part must be supplemented with a practical part. You can do this with your employer or do you already have the practical part and want to get your truck card issued?

Truck license A
A-category trucks are suitable for handling goods at lower levels. They are typically used for loading and unloading trucks and for moving pallets at low heights from one place to another.
A1 truck - Low-lift picking truck
A2 truck - Articulated stacker, with or without platform
A3 truck - Low-lift reach truck, standing or seated
A4 truck - Low-lift truck, with or without platform
Truck license B
B category trucks are more suited to lifting heavier loads and at higher heights. With the counterbalance truck (B1) qualification, there is no upper limit to the weight of the load. Before 2011, a C1 (counterbalance truck over 10 tons) training was required to lift heavier than 10 tons, but today the old C1 qualification is included in the B1 qualification instead.
B1 truck - Counterbalanced truck

B3 truck - Pusher-type stand-on truck
B4 truck - High-lift picking truck
B5 truck - Narrow aisle truck
B6 truck - Four-way truck
