3. Delivery terms

When you purchase a training course from kravkompetens.com, you will have direct access to the course on your account (an account will be created automatically if no existing account is registered with the email address provided).

3.2. Right of withdrawal or cancellation of training
Must be done one week before the start date to avoid being charged.

4. Methods of payment
4.1. Payment by debit or credit card
Payment by card is made in accordance with the current rules for online payments in Sweden and the EU. We use the Stripe card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account at the time of order. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are therefore encrypted. No card numbers are stored.

About forklift training

The theory part of the forklift training can be easily done from home and corresponds to the curriculum in Sweden.

According to AFS 2006:5 18§, both theoretical and practical knowledge is required, which means that the theoretical part must be supplemented by a practical part.
