About Pre-commissioning inspection - Web training

The course is aimed at anyone who has inspection responsibility at an electrical installation company. During the course we will go through the main points of the Electrical Installation Rules and Regulations that must be met in order for the criteria for a safe electrical installation to be met.

Purpose of the course Pre-commissioning inspection

By the end of the course you should have a good understanding of the importance of carrying out pre-commissioning checks on a low voltage installation. You should also be able to assess measured values and know how to document them, as well as know which inspections and tests need to be carried out on the most common electrical installations.

The Pre-commissioning Inspection course covers the following points in particular:

  • Elfaran.
  • Legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Inspection of an installation.
  • Testing of an installation (insulation measurement, continuity measurement, etc...)
  • KFI.
  • Roles, who does what and is responsible for what.

    Approximately 4 hours depending on previous education, computer skills and work experience
