About the course
This digital training is aimed at those who will be the manager of flammable goods according to the Act (2010: 1011) on flammable and explosive goods (LBE). The course meets the requirements of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB ) and gives you the knowledge you need to work safely and legally with flammable substances.
The training is completed entirely online, at your own pace. After passing the exam, you will receive a diploma showing that you meet the requirements for the role of manager.
Flammable goods manager - responsibilities and requirements
A flammable goods manager has overall responsibility for ensuring that flammable goods are handled safely and legally in an establishment. The role includes preventing risks of fire and explosion, ensuring that the right safety procedures and equipment are in place, and ensuring that staff have sufficient knowledge and comply with applicable legislation.
Who needs a manager?
All licensed activities handling flammable goods are required to appoint one or more supervisors. This is the responsibility of the licensee (legal entity).
Even activities that do not require a license may need trained staff, especially if they carry out work involving flammable goods.

Objective
