Idag finns det inget lagkrav i Sverige som säger att en entreprenadbesiktningsman måste vara certifierad för att utföra besiktningar. Det avgörande är istället att personen har tillräcklig kunskap, erfarenhet, opartiskhet och kompetens för uppdraget enligt bland annat Konsumenttjänstlagen och standardavtalen AB/ABT. Certifieringar via exempelvis RISE, Kiwa eller SBR är frivilliga branschcertifieringar som används av vissa beställare och organisationer som en kvalitetsstämpel, men det är inte ett myndighetskrav för att kunna arbeta som besiktningsman. (Kiwa)

För vem passar entreprenadbesiktningsman utbildning?

You will learn the basics of construction law and the most common standard agreements in the construction industry, mainly AB 04 and ABT 06. You will get a practical and legal review of the entire inspection process, from planning to implementation and documentation.

Prerequisites

Det finns inga förkunskaper för att studera till entreprenadbesiktnigsman men det är fördelaktigt om du har mellan 5-10 års erfarnehet av bygg, byggledning eller utbildning inom bygg eller arkitektur.
