About Remote Fire Safety Officer

Systematic fire protection - a legal requirement for all companies

All workplaces are subject to the requirements of the Act on Protection against Accidents (2003:778), which means that systematic fire protection work (SBA) must be carried out. A key part of this is to appoint a fire protection officer - a person who has overall responsibility for ensuring that fire protection is planned, implemented and monitored.

The fire safety officer is responsible, among other things, for ensuring that procedures and controls are in place, that fire safety equipment is checked regularly and that staff receive regular fire safety training. The aim is to prevent fires and create a safe and secure working environment.

A crucial role for security

By appointing a competent fire safety officer, your business can quickly identify risks, develop effective protective measures and respond to any incidents. Should a fire occur, a clear and well-established fire safety plan can be crucial to minimize damage to both people and property.

The training that strengthens your responsibility

Have you been appointed as a fire safety officer? With the right knowledge and the right tools, you can take safe and active responsibility for safety in your workplace. Our training gives you a solid foundation for understanding legal requirements, creating procedures, coordinating fire safety work and carrying out the necessary checks.

You will be given the tools to plan, document and monitor fire safety - and become a key player in your organization's risk management.
